C.C & Vegas.

I went to visit the dirty south a few weeks back. It was great to be back in town the week before school started : ) I'd been wanting to go visit Cyndi for a while and it was perfect opportunity when I was off during the week(go figure I ALWAYS work weekends) and Analisa and her had interviews for jobs down in Henderson. I decided I'd go down a few days early and then drive down to Vegas with them. It was a lovely week and a much much needed getaway. Highlights included: lunch @ the favorite Pizza Factory with other nursing friends that are still in Cedar(2 were moving far away the following weekend) which was fun to talk about jobs/job hunting and congratulate people on the big news such as engagement and pregnancy; brad's, lots and lots of brads; bowling; staying at the stratosphere and getting to ride to the top of tower for no extra charge; cheesecake factory; getting in to MGM Grand's Grand pools for free and laying out in 116 degree weather; finally attending a Shakespearean festival play and for Free i might add : ) amazing talent even if I did leave early...; exploring the new nursing department which is B-E-A-Utiful I might add. seriously those students coming behind us don't know how lucky they are to be working and learning in such a gorgeous place!! they even have windows...; hanging out/catching up with my good friend Alan on Cyndi's front lawn for hours. I love that kid; hot tubbing at the local hotel because we have hookups with the mayors son; and many more amazing things.
