I quit my job today. I gave my supervisor my notice saying that April 23rd will officially be my last day of work. Crazy. Mixed emotions about doing this, I'm moving to Orem for the summer before I start nursing school in Fall and honestly cannot wait because being there for the summer will be amazing, however I'm not looking forward to being the new girl at work, moving all my stuff, learning a new address for only 4 months etc... Besides I really will miss all my friends I've made at Emerald Pointe as well as all my residents and their families that I've gotten to know SO well. I'm not gonna lie though, I'm pretty excited to be getting my life back.
This whole thing has been such a huge leap of faith because I don't have a job up north yet or an apartment but I'll be up there the next two weekends and plan to work on that while I'm there. So far things are working out in my favor and I've taken that as a sign that it's what I'm supposed to do and where I'm supposed to be this summer.
Provo/Orem here I come!!
