Mom for a weekend

This past weekend my sister Channy and I had the opportunity to babysit our friends kids for two days. We first met these moms back when we lived in Helper and have been babysitting these kids since we were about 11 and 12. Brock and Kaitlin we have known since they were little, and Jake, Cooper and the triplets we have known their whole short lives.I love these kids so much and seriously consider them my adopted nieces and nephews : )
Tonya and her family are currently living in Enoch(about 6 min from Cedar) and Lindsey's family is still living in Helper but it was fun to coordinate to get everyone together again. It started with two of the boys having a state wrestling competition at a high school here in Cedar. Since it was so close I went to watch them do their thang and cheer them on. They were so fun to watch and weren't to bad actually. Here's their stance and tough guy faces

Here's the other two troops I hung out with at the meet

The parents then hit the road to Mesquite and the party began! Channy and I wanted to do something fun for the kids so our biggest event of the weekend was when we had a two week early easter egg hunt. They were so excited as they ran around the yard finding eggs and then getting prizes afterwards. The kids were so great all weekend and that made it much more enjoyable. I love those kids so much but this experience just showed me that there is no way I could be a mom yet. Someday...far far in the future : )

Love you guys! Already can't wait to play again soon.
