One of many songs by Kelly Clarkson that I rocked out to the other night at her outdoor concert at UVU's baseball stadium. We got a group together which included myself, Candice, Mindy, Marcie, my roommate Ashton, her little sister Mackay, and her sisters friend Whitney. (oh and our friend Parker joined us as well)
I was so not excited about the weather that day, seeing as how it had been pouring rain off and on for the whole week I was not surprised when it was raining hours before concert time. But the show must go on and it did! We had a good two hours without rain while we waited in line and for Kelly to start but once she took stage it started to rain, so we donned our hoods and rocked out in it anyways.
She sang a whole bunch of my favorites including: Since you've been gone, my life would suck without you, Walk away, I don't hook up, and the song that started it all Miss Independent.
by the way she is amazing live! which makes sense when you think about it because she was discovered on American Idol. I loved this concert! even though I was really wet and my hair looked like nothin nice by the time it was over, it was the best to rock out to break up song after break up song singing at the top of my lungs and rock out with random strangers next to me. I highly recommend a little Kelly for everyone in their lives : )
